
Rory McIlroy is nine shots off the pace after hitting a two-under-par 70 in the third round of the WGC-HSBC Champions event in Shanghai.
The Northern Ireland player had three birdies and a bogey in Saturday's play at the Sheshan International club.
McIlroy is on five under par for the tournament, as is Offaly man Shane Lowry, while Padraig Harrington is on one under after a leval-par 72.
Phil Mickelson is the leader on 14 under, two shots ahead of Tiger Woods.
