Down champions Kilcoo face St Eunan's Letterkenny in an intriguing AIB Ulster Club Football quarter-final at Newry on Sunday (1430 GMT).

Kilcoo bridged a 72-year gap in winning the Down title and their key players include Paul Devlin and Conor Laverty although Aidan Branagan is suspended.

Donegal captain Rory Kavanagh is likely to play after being a doubt last week.

Other influential Eunan's players include Brendan Devenney, Kevin Rafferty, John Haran and Conall Dunne.

Kavanagh has been troubled by ankle and knee injuries and the expectation is that the extra seven days has boosted his prospects of playing some part in Sunday's game.

After underachieving for many years in the provincial championship, St Eunan's did beat Clonoe last year before losing narrowly to eventual winners Crossmaglen in the semis.

On their way to winning the Down title, Kilcoo accounted for six-in-a-row seeking Mayobridge and they went on to defeat Loughinisland 2-9 to 1-4 in the Mourne decider.

As ever, making predictions is this format is something of a shot in the dark but Eunan's get a hesitant vote to progress to the last four.
